Eu, a artista, resguardo o direito de recusar qualquer encomenda/pedido de encomenda por qualquer motivo.
Ao comprar uma arte ou adopt estará automaticamente concordando com os termos.
PAGAMENTO
• O pagamento é feito depois do artista encerrar o desenho mas caso o cliente preferir pode pagar no início, ou pagar metade no início da comissão e o restante no final
• O método de pagamento aceito é o Pix, PayPal ou Mercado Pago
• O cancelamento do pedido irá resultar em devolução de parte do pagamento, dependendo do estágio da ilustração: 75% se o rascunho estiver pronto, 50% se a lineart estiver em produção, 25% se a pintura estiver em produção.
(nota que se o cliente ainda não tiver pago ou pagou pela metade e cancelou a comissão em algum dos estágios acima o mesmo deve pagar valor condizente a artista como consta nesse termo)
• Não haverá reembolso após a conclusão da arte.
SOBRE A ARTE
• Prazo de entrega é de até 1 mês após a comissão ser devidamente confirmada. Porém, dependendo da complexidade do desenho e imprevistos, a entrega pode atrasar um pouco mais (irei avisar caso ocorra imprevistos).
• Enviarei um rascunho da ilustração após a confirmação de início, mudanças no projeto base devem ser realizadas somente nessa fase. Se o cliente autorizar que eu comece a fazer a lineart, não mudarei o projeto original. Apenas pequenas alterações na lineart.
• No sombreamento, você também pode realizar pequenas alterações, mas sem alterar a lineart.
• Não entrego o arquivo completo sem o pagamento do valor total da arte
• Posso copiar vestimentas de desenhos de outros artistas. Ou me inspirar em roupas feitas por outros artistas e a partir de aí criar uma peça totalmente nova para o cliente se caso desejar.
• Esteja ciente que ao comprar uma comissão comigo, você estará pagando pelo meu trabalho. Não me peça para reproduzir os traços/desenhos de outros artistas.
O máximo que posso fazer é recriar uma cena com os meus traços mas modificar um pouco para que não fique completamente igual
• não realizo traced de desenhos de outros artistas (poses, traços, etc.).
• todos os desenhos serão entregues com a minha assinatura, como prova de que a arte foi feita por mim. Eu não a retiro, apenas mudo a opacidade, tamanho e a localização da mesma.
• não realizo modificações no desenho caso o mesmo esteja 100% pronto depois de até 3 dias da comissão fibalizada, mesmo com oferta de pagamento vinda do cliente.
• O comprador e nem ninguém tem a permissão de fazer alterações no meu desenho.
• A arte pode ser utilizada para fins lucrativos, desde que tenha créditos.
• A artista tem o direito de usar uma arte como exemplo para trabalhos futuros.
• Nenhuma arte será postada caso o cliente prefira a confidencialidade.

PAYMENT
• Payment is made after the artist finishes the design, but if the customer prefers, he can pay at the beginning, or pay half at the beginning of the commission and the rest at the end.
• The accepted payment method is Pix, PayPal or Mercado Pago
• Canceling the order will result in part of the payment being refunded depending on the stage of the illustration: 75% if the draft is ready, 50% if the lineart is in production, 25% if the painting is in production.
(note that if the client has not yet paid or has paid half and canceled the commission in any of the above stages, he must pay the corresponding amount to the artist as stated in this term)
• No refunds after artwork is completed.
ABOUT ART
• Delivery period is up to 1 month after the commission is duly confirmed. However, depending on the complexity of the design and unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take a little longer (I will let you know in case of unforeseen circumstances).
• I will send a draft of the illustration after the start confirmation, changes in the base project should only be carried out at this stage. If the client allows me to start making the lineart, I won't change the original project. Just minor changes in lineart.
• In shading, you can also make small changes, but without changing the lineart.
• I do not deliver the complete file without paying the full amount of the art
• I can copy clothing from drawings by other artists. Or get inspired by clothes made by other artists and from there create a totally new piece for the client if you wish.
• Please be aware that when you buy a commission from me, you will be paying for my work. Don't ask me to reproduce the strokes/drawings of other artists.
The most I can do is recreate a scene with my traits but modify it a little so that it doesn't look completely the same.
• I do not trace drawings by other artists (poses, strokes, etc.).
• all drawings will be delivered with my signature, as proof that the artwork was made by me. I don't remove it, I just change the opacity, size and location of it.
• I do not make any changes to the design if it is 100% ready after up to 3 days of the finalized commission, even with a payment offer from the customer.
• The buyer and no one else is allowed to make changes to my drawing.
• Art can be used for profit as long as it has credits.
• The artist has the right to use an artwork as an example for future work.
• No artwork will be posted if the client prefers confidentiality.
